Who we are

BaryoHub is a product of Digital Horizon Solutions Inc., a technology company based in the Philippines. We build software that brings local-government services online. You can learn more about the company at digitalhorizonph.com.

What BaryoHub does

BaryoHub lets residents request barangay documents — such as barangay clearances, certificates of residency, and certificates of indigency — online, instead of visiting the barangay hall and waiting in line. Residents submit a request, pay securely, and track its status until the document is ready to download with QR verification.

For barangay offices, BaryoHub provides a dashboard to receive, review, and issue requests, along with transparent revenue tracking. Approvals and issuance always remain with the barangay; BaryoHub is the technology layer that makes the process faster and paperless.

How we handle payments

Residents pay the barangay's document fee plus a small BaryoHub convenience fee. Payments are processed securely through Xendit via the GCash e-wallet. See our Pricing & How It Works page for the full breakdown.
