Simple, transparent pricing
BaryoHub is a service operated by Digital Horizon Solutions Inc.. When you request a document, you pay two things: the barangay's own document fee, plus a small BaryoHub convenience fee for handling the request online and processing your payment securely.
What you pay
Barangay document fee
Set by each barangay and paid to the barangay in full. It varies by document — some, like the Certificate of Indigency, are free. BaryoHub does not take a cut of this fee.
BaryoHub convenience fee
A small service fee for the online request and secure payment. It is set by each barangay within a fixed range:

You see the barangay document fee and the BaryoHub convenience fee itemized before you pay — no hidden charges.

Pay with GCash
Payment is handled securely through Xendit, our licensed payment processor, using the GCash e-wallet.

Track and receive
Track your request in real time and download your document with QR verification once the barangay approves it.

Barangay Clearance
General-purpose clearance for employment, permits, and transactions.
Certificate of Residency
Proof that you are a bona fide resident of the barangay.
Certificate of Indigency
Free service for qualified low-income residents.
Certificate of Good Moral
Character reference for school, work, or legal use.
Solo Parent Certificate
Certifies solo-parent status for benefits and programs.
Business Clearance
Barangay clearance required to register or renew a business.
Building Permit Endorsement
Barangay endorsement for building-permit applications.
Barangay ID
Official barangay identification card.
Available documents and their fees vary by barangay. Amounts shown are illustrative defaults.
